Stephanie Oostenink has over 20 years of experience in management, accounting, human resources, and administrative leadership across engineering, construction, and retail industries. She currently serves as the Construction Services Manager at Excel Engineering, Inc., where she leads a diverse team of construction management personnel and oversees project operations. 

Stephanie specializes in financial reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, policy implementation, and employee benefits administration. She has a strong background in multi-state registrations, licensing, event planning, and travel management. Known for her leadership skills and adaptability, she excels in streamlining operations, problem-solving, and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments. 

Prior to her role at Excel Engineering, she held management positions at All Metro Service Companies and Walcro LLC, where she oversaw business operations, HR functions, scheduling, and compliance management, including DOT, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations. She has completed management training courses and maintains ongoing CPR and First Aid certifications. 

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys traveling, volunteering with adults with special needs, managing her zoo of animals, and Halloween.  

Fun fact: She holds a cosmetology license in multiple states.
